Dubai Centre for Special Needs (DCSN) is the first facility to be established in Dubai accommodating children with special needs. What started in 1982 as an individual effort equipped to care for five children, grew into the first purpose-built center for people of determination owing to the generous contributions of visionaries and philanthropists such as our Chairman HH Sheikh Ahmad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The Centre today supports over 200 children and provides them with vocational training according to their individual academic, emotional, physical and social needs.
