Hive Coliv Launches, Bringing Global Coliving Movement to the GCC

Hive Coliv, the first built-to-rent development and management company exclusively focused on coliving communities in the UAE, will drive the growth of the burgeoning concept in the region. Launched in partnership with A.R.M. Holding, Hive will offer all-inclusive, serviced living solutions to expatriates relocating to the emirate and will allow young professionals flexibility and convenience with no strings attached.

Hive Coliv commenced construction work on its first co-living development in Dubai, Hive JVC, in July 2020 and aims to scale the model with ambitious expansion plans in the UAE and the wider GCC region.

Commenting on the launch, Mohammed Saeed Al-Shehhi, CEO of A.R.M. Holding and Dubai Real Estate Centre, said, “Unburdening youth of the trappings of everyday life allows us at A.R.M.
